Junior Designer in Gypsy

Who We Are Looking For:

• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience or Сertificate from relevant Courses.
• Understanding of design software such as Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Portfolio showcasing design projects and creative work (preferred).

Your Main Tasks:

• Assist in analyzing Figma projects to identify potential areas for improvement under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support the development and refinement of the company's strategy, aligning with core objectives and focus areas, with an emphasis on learning and contributing to team discussions.
• Help in the design and implementation of design systems for the company’s brands, focusing on learning design standards and practices.
• Contribute to proposing enhancements for brand development initiatives, ensuring a thorough understanding of the brand's vision and roadmap.
• Participate in the conceptualization and design process of a new brand, from brainstorming ideas to assisting in the final design execution, under the mentorship of a senior designer.
• Support analytical tasks related to brand performance, focusing on understanding and optimizing the main conversion funnels through data analysis and reporting.
