We are seeking two entry-level designers to join our team, where you’ll be tasked with creating a high volume of static ad creatives using tools like Figma or Canva. This role is ideal for those who can efficiently manage low-complexity design tasks and produce quality work.

Mission:
To bring on board entry-level designers who can handle design tasks effectively and contribute to our creative output.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and produce a large number of static ad creatives.
• Analyze competitors’ creatives to understand what makes them effective.
• Develop your own concepts for ad creatives.
• Ensure that creatives are optimized for maximum clickbait potential.
• Create banners for posts.
• Communicate effectively with the team and clients.
• Estimate tasks and manage your workflow.
  

Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma or Canva.
• Strong communication skills.
  

Requirements:

• A portfolio showcasing work with business apps, dashboards, charts, databases, and tables.
• Commercial experience or demonstrated design skills.
• Experience in UI/UX design.
• Familiarity with Webflow is a plus.
