Junior Design Project Manager in PIN-UP.BUSINESS

Requirements:

• Experience in a Project Manager or related position from 1 year;
• Experience of working as a graphic designer from 1 year;
• Proficiency in Jira and Slack, Upper-Intermediate in Figma and Photoshop;
• Your middle name is Proactivity (and your first name is Theodore);
• “Powerful eye” for top visuals;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective team collaboration;
• Knowledge of SMM fundamentals, understanding of social media content creation;
• High degree of responsibility and attention to detail.

Will be plus:

• Experience working in digital or creative agencies;
• Understanding of both content planning processes and visual content principles;
• Interest in trends and new tools in design and management;
• Distinguish the “cringe” from the “base”.

Responsibilities:

• Checking the quality of briefs and their compliance with project requirements;
• Planning of tasks and distribution of workload among designers;
• Control of deadlines and compliance with deadlines;
• Organisation of interaction between designers and SMM-managers, prompt resolution of arising issues;
• Monitoring of tasks and their statuses in Jira and Slack;
• Coordination of all stages of work on projects: from receiving the brief to the final delivery of the material, optimisation of the process;Reporting;
• Orientation in design materials, Figma repository: templates, workspace;
• Understanding of the process of creating SMM materials, interaction with the team for their correct development.
