Junior Data Scientist in Ringier Axel Springer Tech

We are looking for a Junior Data Scientist to join our analytical team.

The person in this position will be responsible for initial data processing, assistance in building data analysis models and support in identifying trends and providing data-based business strategies. The key task will be to cooperate with the product and business teams to understand the basic needs of customers and support in the development of data-driven solutions. We are looking for a person who is willing to learn new things and will support the team in implementing new products for the RASP group.

• At least one year of commercial experience in data science and machine learning projects
• Interest in development in one of the areas: NLP, recommendation systems, reinforcement learning, optimization systems, time series
• Ability to work with large data sets and knowledge of data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL
• Experience in creating and implementing machine learning models
• Knowledge of data mining techniques and statistics
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team
• Very good knowledge of English (min. B2)
