Junior Data Analyst (Universe Group)

We are looking for a proactive and inquisitive Junior Data Analyst who /who will join the Guru Apps marketing team and help scale the business. In this role, you will work closely with the User Acquisition team, analyzing traffic from different platforms, looking for hidden patterns, weaknesses and opportunities for product growth.

In five years, Universe Group has built three successful businesses — Guru Apps, Forma, Wisey, and we are also developing our own R&D center. The company's products are used by almost 62 million people from 180 countries.

Your future tasks:

• Monitoring the quality and effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
• Proactive analytics "in advance".
• Finding growth points to scale products.
• Evaluation of LTV of users and factors affecting it.
• Deep analysis of sales funnels and their optimization.
• Carrying out a thorough analysis of the identification of opportunities to increase income.
• Cooperation with marketers.

What you need to join us:

• Technical or financial background in education (4th year and above).
• Analytical abilities and a desire to develop in the direction of marketing analytics.
• Knowledge of SQL, Excel.
• Superpowers are proactivity and attention to detail.

Will be an advantage:

• Work experience in auditing, consulting, finance.
• Understanding of mobile app / web product analytics.
• Basic knowledge of Python.
• Experience with Amplitude, Tableau or other analytical tools.
