Junior Data Analyst (no previous experience) in Femora Wear

We are looking for an attentive, logical and inquisitive Junior Data Analyst who is willing to work with data, learn new tools and help the team make decisions based on numbers.

Responsibilities (high quality and substantive):1. Collection and preparation of data

• Collection, structuring and cleaning of data from various sources

• Checking the correctness and completeness of data

• Preparation of datasets for further analysis

2. Analytics and processing

• Analysis of indicators, detection of regularities and regular deviations

• Working with descriptive statistics

• Testing hypotheses together with a mentor

3. Data visualization

• Creation of dashboards and graphs

• Preparation of visual reports in Google Data Studio / Power BI / analogues

• Display of complex information in a simple and understandable way

4. Reports and presentations

• Formation of daily/weekly/monthly reports

• Preparation of presentations for the team and management

• Formulation of key findings

5. Working with tools

• Working with tables (Google Sheets / Excel)

• Basic SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, FILTER) - we will teach if necessary

• Gradual mastering of BI tools and analytical platforms

6. Optimization of processes

• Automation of routine processes (scripts, formulas, templates)

• Search for growth points in data

• Participation in the implementation of improvements in analytical processes

7. Team Communication

• Working closely with Marketing, Product, Management and Development

• Providing insightful comments on data

• Participating in meetings and discussing results

Requirements:

• Logical thinking and attention to details

• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets

• Understanding of data, metrics, analytics

• Willingness to learn SQL, BI and analysis techniques

• Willingness to adapt, accept feedback and grow

We will consider candidates with no experience or students.
