Junior Data Analyst (Data Quality / Data Management) in NDA Recruitment

We are looking for an attentive and systems professional to help maintain data quality, work with internal reports and participate in data integration tasks. The role will suit a candidate with initial experience in working with data and a desire to develop in the direction of Data Quality and Data Governance.

Main duties

• Regular data quality check: search for duplicates, omissions, incorrect formats (dates, codes and other typical errors).

• Formation of reports and samples (Excel / SQL / BI) for internal teams.

• Participation in the analysis of data incidents: collecting examples, describing problems, registering in the tracker and monitoring the status of corrections.

• Performing basic tasks of organizing and reconciling data between systems: comparing reports, checking the correctness of downloads.

• Supporting and updating data documentation: instructions, source descriptions, diagrams flows.

Candidate requirements

• 1-2 years of experience working with data (data analyst, reporting specialist, operational or financial/risk analyst or related roles), preferably in finance or banking.

• Basic SQL skills: writing simple SELECT, JOIN, filtering and aggregations.

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets: working with formulas, filters, pivot tables.

• Understanding key concepts of working with data: directories, transactional and reporting data, the difference between the "source of truth" and derived reports.

• Attention to detail and the ability to quickly notice inconsistencies in formats, numbers, codes.

• Skills in preparing documentation: structured presentation of information, work with field descriptions, screenshots and examples (Confluence or similar tools).

• Willingness to develop in the fields of data governance, data quality, metadata management in practice.
