Job purposeAs a Workforce Optimization Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to streamline and enhance facilities staffing operations through meticulous analysis, strategic collaboration, and client-focused service. You will contribute to the overall efficiency of client facilities by undertaking various duties and responsibilities.Duties and responsibilities1. Staffing Management:Create and manage facilities staffing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.Monitor daily staffing levels to identify areas for improvement and enhanced performance.Negotiate agency staffing contracts to secure favorable terms and efficient workforce solutions.Train facilities on effectively utilizing scheduling systems to streamline operations.2. Analysis- Analyze staffing data to locate areas where clients can improve performance.- Collaborate with team members to ascertain the best methods for clients to implement.- Understand SNF staffing requirements, challenges, and metrics.- Maintain documentation of analysis and assistance.3. Client ServiceCommunicate findings with clients; on both corporate and operations levels.Assist clients with proper data inputs into their time and attendance and payroll systems.Assist clients with required staffing reporting.QualificationsA successful individual in this role will: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills (English – Upper Intermediate, Advanced)Previous experience as a Data Analyst (at least 1-2 years)Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQLIntermediate knowledge of Power BI, VBA, data visualization toolsAble to prioritize and meet deadlinesAble to operate independentlyAttentive to detailAble to rapidly learn new systems and policies
