We are a UK fintech creating successful neobanks in emerging markets in partnerships with local traditional banks.

Our success builds upon a best-in-class product, customer experience, emotional engagement, viral marketing and deep credit decisioning expertise.

One of our founders had previously co-founded a highly successful Eastern European neobank with a multi million customer base.

We launched our first market with Leobank in Azerbaijan in 2021, where we have already established market leading positions. Our next market was Vietnam, where we launched Liobank in early 2023 and also gained solid traction.

We have a few more new markets in the pipeline for the next 12 months, and we are starting to build the team there.

What You Will Be Doing

• Support data analysis teams in crafting high-quality analytical reports and dashboards.
• Assist in verifying the accuracy of data and compliance with quality standards.
• Learn to clarify and detail requirements for business analytics, gaining a thorough understanding of client needs.
• Participate in code reviews and learn to enhance code quality and maintain best practices in data handling.
• Collaborate with various departments to help streamline and improve business processes.

Who you are

• Beginners with a keen interest in data analytics and a basic understanding of SQL and database systems.
• Individuals who are curious about BI tools like Looker Studio and eager to learn about creating dashboards.
• New graduates or professionals with less than a year of experience who are quick learners and excellent communicators.
• Team players who are excited about technology and motivated to grow in a dynamic startup environment.
