Junior data analyst in Dinternal Ed'yukeyshn TOV

Dinternal Education, a leading international educational company and exclusive representative of Pearson in Ukraine, is looking for a responsible junior data analyst to strengthen our team and support customers.

Dinternal Education has been a leader in providing high-quality resources and services for teaching English in Ukraine for over 25 years. We work closely with government agencies, public and private schools and courses to promote the development of English language learning and teaching.

Main Responsibilities:

< li>Development and automation of reporting
• Maintenance and improvement of existing analytical tools
• Collection, analysis and interpretation of data
• Preparation of regular reports
• Discovery trends and opportunities to improve business processes

Requirements:

• High level of mastery of Excel (including the use of formulas, pivot tables, diagrams, Power Query, Power Pivot, macros, knowledge of VBA)
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) will be an advantage
• High level of self-organization and ability to work independently
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail

Key requirements:

• Experience in conducting analysis and creating reports
• Understanding of internal business processes
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and identify key performance indicators
• Ability to communicate analysis results and make recommendations for business decisions

Selection process:

The interview will take place in two stages:

1. The first stage is an interview with the leading analyst of the company.
2. The second stage is an interview with the director of the company.

A mandatory part of the interview is a test task .
