We embrace the We over Me culture.What You Will BeDoingLead ateam ofdata analysts toensure the high quality ofanalytical reports and dashboards.Verify the team’s work results toensure they meet the set requirements and quality standards.Detail and clarify requirements for analytical tasks from business clients, ensuring their full and accurate understanding bythe team.Organize and conduct code reviews toimprove code quality and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.Develop and implement best practices and standards for data handling within the team.Collaborate with other departments and teams tooptimize business processes and enhance the efficiency ofanalytical activities.Who you areAtleast 3 years ofexperience indata analytics, including experience inleading projects orteams.Profound knowledge ofSQL and experience with database management systems, such asClickHouse.Experience withBI tools, including Looker Studio, and the ability tocreate informative dashboards.Experience incode review and applying best practices incode writing.Ability toeffectively communicate with both technical experts and business partners.Ability toquickly understand business processes and translate business requirements into analytical tasks.Experience with Git and DBT isconsidered anadvantage.What weare offeringCompetitive salary negotiable depending onthe candidate levelShare optionsWe are still a start-up and more benefits are on the way
