Currently, we need a Customer Support Agent in one of our portfolio companies, who can not only support the level of customer service, but also improve it. What are the challenges are waiting for you in the role of Customer Support Agent:— processing incoming calls to the customer support service through calls (Freshdesk);— outgoing calls to clarify information or inform the client about his profile or payments;— processing requests through chat if necessary (the telephone line is a priority for this position);— participation in the development of scripts and proposals for improving work processes;— maintaining the refund rate at an appropriate level;— submitting bug reports upon their independent detection or after receiving a request from clients. What is important to us:— 1+ years work experience in customer/technical support or sales to the English-speaking market in telephone mode;— English language proficiency level B2 and higher;— comfortable conditions for remote work are available (stable Internet connection, absence of extraneous noise in the room and availability of a working computer computer);— client orientation, openness, desire to help and solve client problems;— high level of stress resistance.
