We specialize in building solutions for globally oriented companies seeking to leverage cloud computing, commercial and open source technologies for big data, search, applications and cross-platform mobility. We have extensive experience with Salesforce.com CRM platforms and offer products, services and modules to improve productivity. The Concierge Service team mainly responds to subscription customer inquiries, including support for our products (CRM systems). In addition, the team can be contacted for help in writing user manuals, release notes and testing. All shifts are scheduled (9:30 am - 6:00 pm / 5:30 pm - 2:30 am). What shall I do? effective resolution of problematic issues; updating the database with detailed information about the solved problems; creating comprehensive release notes to inform stakeholders about updates; development of user manuals and presentations; collection and provision of statistical data to support decision-making processes; monitoring and management of mailboxes of the support service and concierge; timely informing clients about the progress of current work. What do we expect? fluency in German; analytical thinking with the ability to effectively solve problems; knowledge of the English language at an above average level; confident command of Excel and Google Sheets, Microsoft Word.
