Junior Customer Support Specialist with German

Your scope of responsibilities:

• Telephone or written (e-mail, chat) customer service in German,
• Solving customer problems regarding data changes, solution proposals, or support complaints,
• Maintaining good relationships with customers and ensuring high quality services,
• Responsibility for relationships and ensuring high quality customer service.

• Knowledge of an additional language, i.e. Spanish, Finnish, French, Dutch or Greek.
