Requirements:

- Confident PC user. Typing 140+ characters per minute

- Knowledge of languages ​​- Ukrainian, English (Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate)

- Average level of mathematical knowledge and skills (calculate proportions, calculate a percentage of a sum, be able to calculate elementary mathematical operations - addition, subtraction, multiplication)

- Ability to work with large amounts of information.

Will be a plus:

- Experience in support

- Experience in bookmaking

Responsibilities:

- Studying all the information necessary for work

- Providing advice on the technical and financial part of products using communication channels: online chat, e-mail, hotline

- Maintaining a customer database in the admin system

- Interaction with other departments to solve customer problems
