Weare expanding our team and looking for anexperienced Customer Support tojoin our team.📍Requirements: • Great soft skills, loves working with and helping people.• English B2+minimum, has experience insales, CS, orcall center with American/Canadian customers.• Experienced CRMuser.• Attentive todetails, self-organized, responsible, and proactive.• Willing tolearn and grow.🖊️Key responsibilities: • Handling incoming inquiries onemail.• Confirming scheduled appointments with the customers via email, text, and phone.• Closing jobs after completion according tothe technician’s notes.• Upselling and cross-selling the scheduled jobs when possible.• Constantly cooperating with the financial department about payments and closing pending debits.• Correlating the work ofsales representatives and technicians.• Updating the CRM systems and keeping client info uptodate.• Requests tracking inJobber.• Assisting with job scheduling incase ofcancellations orreschedules.• Attend daily sync meetings and learning sessions.• Sending the daily reports.📌What weoffer: • Fully remote position;• Working hours: 5/2, 4pm— 1am (Kyiv time).• Payment: $500 + 5%bonus incase ofupselling.• Career growth opportunities.• Learning opportunities— wewill invest inyour education and development (LABA, Genius etc).🔍Hiring process: • Application review— please, send youCV inEnglish only (upto2days)• Short test task (upto2days)• Final video interview with HR.There are nolimits toyour advancements— the sky’s the limit!
