We are on a mission to create an enticing and transparent trading environment where individuals can unlock their full investment potential.Currently, we are looking to hire a Customer Support Agent based (Ukraine) to join our team and contribute their expertise.ResponsibilitiesHandle any incoming customer inquiry within the set time range via different communication channels: live chat and tickets system;Identify customers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction;Manage standard inquiries in the ticket system and escalate the ones that require deeper investigation to the relevant department or specialist.RequirementsAbility to communicate in English and Ukrainian (C1);Computer literacy;Able to identify ways of solving the problem and present the solution in a verbal and written manner;Strong interpersonal skills;High level of professionalism;Attention to detail and punctuality;Windows with a minimum of 8−16Gb RAM Memory or Apple Mac not older than 2015 year.Stable internet connection;Own workplace.We offerWorking for a dynamically growing company;Challenging but exciting tasks with our own product;Trainee period is provided;Competitive salary;Working on a shift schedule (day and night shifts from 9 am to 9 pm and from 9pm to 9am / 2 days off)Remote work.
