Junior Customer Success Manager in Laba Group

We need a team of the best. Therefore, we are currently looking for a Customer Success Managerwho will help our customers get the best educational experience by solving all their questions and needs.

This is your position:

• you will communicate with students and help them solve questions related to their studies (questions about the course and its filling, work with a personal office, etc.);
• you will achieve set goals and KPIs;
• you will collect customer feedback for the production department and our social networks;
• you will solve various complex cases while teaching students.

We will feel connected if you:

• you have 6 months of experience in sales or customer support;
• you like to talk on the phone;
• you know how to listen and ask a lot of questions;
• you know how to deal with negativity and everything meet the client's needs;
• you are not afraid of KPIs and are ready to enjoy the results together with us;
• you are self-motivated and manage your working time independently;
• you enjoy positive feedback from students.
