Junior Customer Service Specialist with German ( fully remote possible)
Your role and main tasks
Goal of the Position:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction
Daily tasks of the position:
- You are responsible for the professional acceptance and processing of inquiries from our German customers via email.
- You also work together with colleagues from other teams in the areas of payment, claims and marketplace in order to find the best possible solution for our customers.
- You are the contact person for our customers for queries regarding payment processing, order processing, claims and cancellations/returns.
You will need
- Very good German skills, both spoken and written - grammatically correct (min. B2 level)
- Experience in customer service is an asset (preferably in e-commerce sector)
- Willingness and passion for working with customers
- Goal-oriented and customer-oriented, high commitment and often a creative approach! Customer inquiries are always dealt with
- extremely carefully and on an individual basis
- Positive attitude towards the world and people
- Independence in solving queries from start to finish

- Openness to work fixed hours within the time window of 6:00am - 10:00pm and also to work on weekends basis,
