Junior customer service specialist (B2B) in Interpipe / INTERPAYP

Interpipe is a Ukrainian industrial company and a world leader in the production of steel pipes and railway wheels with deliveries to 80+ countries. We invite to the team a junior customer service specialist, ready to learn and develop in international business.

What you will do (with the support of a mentor):

• Help with customer orders

• Prepare and check order documents

• Enter data into internal systems and tables

• Interact with production and logistics regarding order fulfillment

• Assist in shipment planning

• Provide informational support to customers

We expect from you:

• Higher education (economic or technical)

• Basic understanding of international trade will be an advantage

• English language - from  Intermediate

• Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Attention, responsibility and willingness to learn

• Ability to work with information and meet deadlines
