FUNCTION: Marketing (Sales and Distribution Division)

LOCATION: Kyiv

POSITIONING ROLE AND OBJECTIVES:

We are looking for a responsible specialist for effective customer support and order management. The main goal is to ensure timely processing of orders, manage payments, resolve issues during deliveries, and support marketing initiatives. The employee will be a key link in building reliable relationships with customers, ensuring high quality of service and improving sales efficiency.

KEY DUTIES:

Accept orders from major customers according to the schedule and unscheduled orders.

• Enter customer orders into the electronic system, check the balance of the credit limit, the status of the customer, regarding debts and inform the customer and the relevant managers about current payments and the volume of the completed order.

  • In case of additional discounts according to orders, monitor their accrual in orders.
  • For customers who receive goods on a subscription basis, form and send invoices for payment, form and provide clients with TTN in Excel format and pdf.
  • Give orders for shipment to the logistics department.
  • Resolve issues that arise when damaged products/shortages are detected during product delivery, create return orders in SAP, monitor receipt and send invoices to customers for the return of goods with warehouse marks.     
  • Support marketing and targeting activities by territories and customers.
  • Form and send appropriate reports on shipments, balances, etc.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and others by departments;

  REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Higher education in the relevant field of study (master, specialist, bachelor), without work experience requirements.
  • Communication skills and negotiation skills with clients.
  • Analytical skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs at the level of a confident user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of SAP (preferred)
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • English language - intermediate or higher level preferred
