Junior Customer Manager (educational platform) in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international food IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with co-founders, we assemble strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

Brighterly is building an online math school for children from 6 to 13 years old in the USA. We aim to build the next EdTech unicorn in a window of 4-5 years. And now we are looking for reinforcements to our team.

Responsibilities:
— to contact clients who did not come to the demo class, to find out the reason, to negotiate with them about rescheduling the class;
— to do activation of new students - to find out the wishes of clients, agree on a schedule, set up classes, solve organizational issues;
— communicate with clients both orally and in writing.

Our ideal candidate:
— speaks English at the B2+ level;
— is ready to make calls to clients (only a warm base, those who signed up for demo classes , or have already purchased a package);
— has a high level of energy and empathy (active listening, the ability to hear the client);
— is ready to work in night shifts;
— has a willingness and desire to work in a team .

Willing to consider candidates without work experience.

Would be an advantage:
— experience with CRM.
