We are expanding and looking for a Junior Customer Care Representative — a person who will support the educational journey of our students, ensuring seamless problem-solving and a smooth learning experience. Whether you have previous experience or want to try something new, we will give you the tools and training you need to succeed.Let’s get to the tasks:keep contact with existing customers at all stages of the educational process;support clients via phone, online chats, messengers, and social media;solve clients' problems: help renew deadlines, send students' homework, help with certificates, etc.;prepare equipment and software for lecturers for online classes (in case they have any problems with gadgets);provide basic technical support for both lecturers and students during the classes;after the course completion, contact students to collect written feedback on both social media & websites about the lecturer and course contents;work within the Hubspot CRM, monitor the course participant database, and create tickets. manage communication regarding course completion, and actively offer other suitable courses.What do we expect from you:Proficient level of Czech and at least B2 in English;ready to learn and feed into work quickly;a big desire to work in education;ability to find a common language with people;like to achieve your goals;know how to motivate and encourage students;sincerely rejoice in the success of the clients.About our offer list:Full-time opportunity, our goal is a high-quality result delivered on time (business hours are from 9/10 AM to 5/6 PM CET).Remote work opportunity, but you can work from the Kyiv/Prague office as well.Benefits that Boost Your Growth: a solid benefits package designed to promote your professional and personal growth: with free access to our courses, compensation for external training, sports, laptops, and flexible vacation policies.Support: We value openness, help, and honesty in the team, so you will work in a positive and motivating atmosphere, where you can express your own ideas and give feedback without fear of rejection.Embrace Global Diversity: Experience the richness of working in a truly international team.
