We are currently opening a "Junior customer care agent" position:
Your tasks will be:
- Communication with existing and potential customers of the company to clarify their requests (mainly written communication, if necessary - telephone conversation).
- For existing customers - create requests for technical support, initiate resolution of issues.
li>- Initial inquiries from companies that can become PortaOne customers should be sent to the sales department
Necessary skills:
- Proficiency in English is not lower than the upper-intermediate level. Because we have clients all over the world and English is the main language of communication.
- Good communication skills. Because customer support and help in solving their questions will be your main work tasks.
- Ability to work effectively, including in the night shift. We have customers on all five continents and support is available 24/7.
- Ability to learn new technical information quickly.
