-For existing customers - create applications to the technical support service, initiate the resolution of issues.

-Initial inquiries from companies that can become PortaOne customers should be sent to the sales department

Necessary skills:< br/>-Proficiency in English not lower than upper-intermediate level. Because we have clients all over the world and English is the main language of communication.

-Good communication skills. Because customer support and help in solving their questions will become your main work tasks.

-The ability to work effectively, including during the night shift. We have customers on all five continents, and support is available 24/7.

-Ability to learn new technical information quickly.
