Junior customer analytics specialist in Snezhka Ukrayina, TzOV

To your tasks will belong:

• Search, acquisition and management of market data for the markets in which the Sniezka Group of Companies operates
• Supervision of research projects implemented by the Sniezka Group of Companies
• Adaptation of research tools to local conditions of markets
• Responsibility for analytical preparation of results and data visualization
• Statistical and marketing analyzes for products of the Sniezka Group of Companies
• Providing knowledge about consumer trends in the local markets in which the Sniezka Group operates
• Analyzing customer feedback, identifying and quantifying their needs
• Responsibility for knowledge transfer about the market, customers and research findings to internal divisions
• Spreading a culture of customer orientation in the company

What we expect from you:

• Higher education in the field of marketing, economics, data analysis or sociology
• Experience in conducting marketing research (minimum 2 years)
• Interest in development in the direction of market analysis and consumer research
• Possession of analytical thinking, the ability to interpret data and draw correct conclusions from large amounts of information
• Passion for knowledge and curiosity about the world
• Proactivity and lack of fear of voicing your ideas and concepts
• Active search for new solutions, striving for changes and continuous improvement
• Orientation in market trends and feeling comfortable working with insights and megatrends
• Ability to work in a team and share knowledge/experience with others
• Proficiency at a high level in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams
• The ability to independently conduct analysis in the SPSS program or other statistical software is an advantage
• Knowledge of Polish or English in oral and written form (reporting will be given to the manager from Poland)
