Junior CRM manager in SoftSvit

Requirements: 6 months of experience working with CRM systems; Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Docs; Knowledge of English at least Pre-Intermediate level; Ability to learn quickly; Attention to detail. Will be an advantage: Multitasking , the ability to conduct several projects in parallel; the ability to write technical tasks for the development and refinement of functionality; automation of work processes. Responsibilities: segmentation of the client base for building personal communication; interaction with the Product department, in the process of creating advertising promotions; coordination and the launch of notification flows through various channels of communication with clients Launch of segments, support and control of promotions for clients; Support and improvement of CRM automation processes, including setting up and optimization of customer data management systems; Implementation of innovative approaches.
