Junior CRM manager in SoftSvit

SoftSvit is a product IT company that not only develops, but also promotes its own product. We are currently looking for a Junior CRM manager for our team.

Requirements:

- Work experience in CRM systems from 6 months;

- Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Docs;

- Knowledge of the English language not lower than the Pre-Intermediate level;

- Ability to learn quickly;

- Attention to details.

Will be an advantage:

- Multitasking, the ability to conduct several projects in parallel;

- The ability to write technical tasks for the development or refinement of functionality;

- Automation of work processes.

- Segmentation of the client base for building personal communication;

- Interaction with Product departments, in the process of creating advertising promotions;< /p>

- Coordination of the work of notification flows;

- Launching of notification flows through various communication channels with clients;

- Ordering and full support of the process of forming advertising texts, creatives, interaction with copywriters, editors;

- Launch of segments, support and control of advertising campaigns for clients;

- Publication of materials on projects and ensuring the relevance of posted information.
