Junior CRM manager in Talent Hunters Hub

We are looking for a Junior CRM manager who will join a young Ukrainian company to analyze and manage the CRM system. This vacancy is suitable for you if you: have experience working in CRM systems for at least 6 months; have knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Docs; know English at least at the Pre-Intermediate level; can learn quickly; pay attention to details. Will be an advantage: multitasking , the ability to conduct several projects in parallel; the ability to write technical tasks for the development or refinement of functionality; automation of work processes. Your duties will include: segmentation of the client base for building personal communication; Interaction with Product departments in the process of creating advertising promotions; Coordination of notification flows; Launching notification flows on various channels of communication with clients; Ordering and full support of the process of creating advertising texts, creatives, interaction with copywriters, editors; Launch of segments, support and control of promotions for clients; Publication of materials on projects and ensuring the relevance of posted information.
