Junior CRM Consultant/Business Analyst in SKELAR

We are currently scaling one of our infrastructure teams - Finance. So we are looking for Junior CRM Consultant/Business Analyst.

A little more about the Finance team:it's the team behind every successful unicorn. We provide turnkey solutions for all financial issues for businesses of any complexity and manage relationships with stakeholders from different countries in order to bring their payment processes to a qualitatively new level.

And now, for more efficient work, we automate our processes with the help of world-class systems / services: Microsoft Dynamis Business Central, Salesforce and Tableau.

We are also developing our own Payment module to automate our unique payment processes.

All projects are at different stages, so this is a great opportunity to gain experience at every stage of the system's "life" - from development to system launch.

Calls pending for this role:
— Communicating with Salesforce users for providing high-quality technical support to our product teams;
—Participation in the development and launch of the Payment module to optimize payment processes;
—Participation in the implementation of MS Dynamics Business Central in accounting and reporting processes;
—Communication with by other departments to ensure the appropriate level of automation of all processes, necessary for the smooth growth of business of portfolio companies.

What is important to us:
— Proactive candidates with experience in system outsourcing companiesor product IT companies;
— Have structured thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to make business conclusions based on data;
— Experience with ERP or CRM systems and understanding of the general architecture of similar products;
— Ability to visit the smart-hybrid office in Kyiv;
— High level of communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

In addition to businesses, we develop charity fund SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder in support of the Armed Forces. Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
