Junior Creative Marketing Specialist (Promova) in BOOSTERS (partner of Genesis)

We are currently looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist to join the Promova team. The main goal of this role is to find powerful creatives that will "hit the hearts" of millions of users around the world (from Japan to Greenland) and, as a result, help discover an effective and convenient language learning platform - Promova.

Promova is a language learning platform consisting of a mobile application, web website, group courses and individual lessons with tutors, as well as media and social networks. The application has already been downloaded more than 14 million times, and users have completed 35 million lessons with us. The goal of the team for the next 2 years is to occupy a top 5 position among online services for learning foreign languages. And over the next 5 years, we want to achieve the status of a unicorn company with Ukrainian roots.

Your area of ​​influence:

• Analyze the market, competitors, needs potential users, quickly spot trends and convert them into strong creative concepts for Promova;
• Lead the search for ideas for Promova advertising for Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.;
• Convert ideas into ready-made visuals and videos: form clear and understandable tasks for the design team;
• Analyze the results of advertising creatives, notice patterns and make the right conclusions for the development of subsequent concepts;
• Take an active part in the adjustment of the creative process , be the initiator of changes and improvements;
• For the need to independently shoot videos for creatives and make minor edits to creatives with the help of CupCut and similar services;
• Actively test and use AI tools that simplify creative process, to be a driver of new approaches.

For this you will need:

• 6 months of work in marketing;
• Understanding the principles of creating advertising creatives for social. networks (Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.), or for Google Ads;
• Experience in market analysis, competitors, consumer insights;
• English B2 or higher;
• Copywriting skills.
