Junior Creative Manager / Junior Advertising Concept Designer in EMRG Capital

We are looking for a Junior Creative Manager to join our team . The position involves the creation and development of advertising concepts for Facebook and Google Ads and their subsequent implementation with designers and copywriters.

This position is ideal for candidates who are looking to deepen their knowledge in marketing, learn to be systematic and gain experience with high-quality products in the financial industry in the Swiss market.

We consider candidates of all experience levels, including those without previous experience in creating advertising concepts.

About EMRG Capital

EMRG Capital is a venture studio, that is, a company that creates new businesses and startups. In particular, among the projects we have already launched are:

- a company engaged in the marketing of financial products on the Swiss market

- online marketplaces on the markets of Latin America, the USA and Europe< /p>

- online media in home improvement, healthcare and other topics

All projects are focused on the Western market. Our team consists of young, capable and purposeful people from different parts of the world: Ukraine, USA, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Great Britain, etc. There are about sixty of us and we are a fully remote team.

We only hire the top 5% of candidates, but those who join our team receive systematic training, resources and a level of responsibility , which is difficult to find elsewhere on the market. The average age of managers in our company is 22 years.

Tasks that await you:

• Analysis of the target audience and product

• Development of advertising concepts and cooperation with the team for their further implementation

• Creation of images, videos, and texts for advertising

• Preparation of briefs for designers and copywriters

• Cooperation with editors and translators

• Providing feedback to a team of designers, copywriters, editors and translators

Our ideal candidate has:

• Skills creation of advertising concepts based on understanding of the project and target audience or ready to learn it

• Excellent visual taste, design skills and understanding of visual composition

• Critical thinking, ability to search for information, analyze it and implementation into advertising concepts

• Creative approach to solving problems

• Ability to convey complex concepts to the audience in an accessible and interesting way

• Extreme attention to details

• Ability to give and accept constructive criticism

• Understanding of high-end style or willingness to learn it

• Willingness to understand new topics and learn different approaches to tasks

• English at Intermediate level and above

It will be an advantage:

• Previous experience in a similar position< /p>

• Knowledge/interest in finance, economics or related fields

• Robot skills or experienceand with Facebook Ads Manager
