Junior Creative Manager / Junior Advertising Concept Designer in EMRG Capital

Hello! We are looking for a Junior Creative Manager to join our team. The position involves the creation and development of advertising concepts for Facebook and Google Ads and their subsequent implementation together with designers and copywriters. This position is ideal for candidates who are looking to deepen their marketing knowledge, learn to be systematic and gain experience working with high-quality products in the financial industry in the Swiss market. We consider candidates of all experience levels, including those with no previous experience in creating advertising concepts. About EMRG CapitalEMRG Capital is a venture studio, that is, a company that creates new businesses and startups. In particular, among the projects that we have already launched are: - a company engaged in the marketing of financial products on the Swiss market - online marketplaces in the markets of Latin America, the USA and Europe - online media in the topics of home improvement, healthcare and others All projects are focused on the Western market. Our team consists of young, capable and purposeful people from different parts of the world: Ukraine, USA, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Great Britain, etc. There are about sixty of us and we are a completely remote team. We only hire the top 5% of candidates, but those who join our team receive systematic training, resources and a level of responsibility that is hard to find elsewhere in the market. The average age of managers in our company is 22 years old.
