Junior Content Creator in Survicate

We’re on a hunt for a Junior Content Creator who’ll join our Marketing team . In this role, you’ll get to create content and assets for our social media channels, blog, email campaigns, and partner communications — also with the help of AI. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from senior team members and gain experience in a variety of fields: content marketing, social media, partnerships, and design. You don’t need to have any work experience to apply. We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual with basic skills in writing, designing, and video editing, coupled with a strong willingness to learn and a love for content creation. Sounds like you? Let’s chat! Responsibilities Your daily tasks may vary depending on what project you join. Every three weeks, we’ll pair you with a seasoned member of our team, who will guide and train you. After the initial three months we’ll evaluate your performance to find out what are your true superpowers. Here are some examples of tasks you might work on: Writing and optimizing blog posts using AI to acquire new traffic Publishing or updating content on Webflow Crafting engaging social media content to grow our follower base on Linkedin Designing simple illustrations in Figma or Canva Repurposing existing resources to generate ready-to-use assets for our partners Recording and editing short videos to attract new audience on Youtube Launching website surveys with Survicate to better understand our audience Responding to online mentions of our brand and product Creating Instagram content to improve our employer branding Requirements Great written and spoken English (C1 level or higher) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Basic video editing and graphic design skills Social media presence or volunteering experience creating content Basic understanding of marketing concepts (social media marketing, copywriting, marketing design, etc.) Strong willingness to learn and grow Please note, this is a full-time role. You’ll need to be available for online meetings Monday to Friday, between 11 AM and 3 PM CET. The remaining working hours are flexible.
