Functional duties:

• Participation in calculation of premiums for various types of motivational programs;
• Preparation of reports and presentations for management;
• Participation in wage reviews: data preparation, survey completion, processing of wage review results;
• Preparation of communications for employees regarding benefits and compensation on the company's internal website;
• Improvement of the chatbot for employees.

Requirements:

• HR experience, preferably compensation and benefits or analytics from 2 years old;
• Developed analytical skills;
• Passion for numbers, mastery of Excel at a confident level (pivot tables, independent writing of formulas, construction of diagrams, ability to work with large data sets;
• Experience in drafting documents, writing texts, literacy;
• Pre-Intermediate level of English;
• Basic knowledge in the field of compensation and benefits and the basics of labor law
