We are looking for an Analytics specialist!

What should be done?

  • Support of the process of calculating wages for employees, including:

—formation of documents for payment of wages (staff lists, orders for bonuses/surcharges/compensation);

— manual calculation of the amounts of certain types of bonuses/surcharges;

— verification of the correctness of the calculation of wages;

— ongoing support of the operations of admission, transfer, bonusing of employees, salary revisions, establishment of surcharges, compensations (in compliance with accepted policies);

  • Cooperation with managers and employees, including:

— providing advice on the operation/principles of pay systems and other processes in terms of pay;

— analysis of the competitiveness of employee pay (in accordance with the market and adopted internal policies);

— providing clarifications to requests regarding actually accrued wages;

  • Maintenance of internal reporting and statistics.

What do we expect?

  • knowledge of MS Office programs, competent Ukrainian language
  • ability to work in Excel, basic skills in SAP and 1C (desirable but not necessarily)
  • scrupulosity, attentiveness, ability to quickly learn and work with large amounts of information, stress resistance, communication, teamwork, logical thinking
