Junior manager of commercial finance in BAT Ukraine

POSITION: Junior commercial finance manager (vacancy suitable for veterans, people with disabilities, and representatives of other sensitive groups).

FUNCTION: Finance

LOCATION: Kyiv

Junior/a Commercial Finance Managercollaborates with the business to:

• Ensure data accuracy, support revenue planning processes and correct financial calculations.
• Organize and coordinate timely provision of basic structured financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Maintain regular preparation of financial and commercial forecasts, price updates.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of regular reports on income, plan execution and key indicators in terms of categories, customers, products.
• Analysis of basic financial deviations (fact - plan/forecast), data collection and preparation of conclusions.
• Preparation and updating of financial models, control of correctness of display and consistency of data.
• Support of the pricing process through preparation data, price lists, analytical materials and presentations for the Company's management.
• Business partnership – to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders in the organization. Proactively provide Marketing and Sales teams with clear, data-based, revenue insights.
• Update and support of existing financial and commercial tools (templates, dashboards, Excel?models).
• Support and improvement of financial processes - automation of tasks, optimization of reporting, improvement of data quality and accuracy.
• Improvement of processes and tools - support the development, improvement and support of management tools pricing with relevant data.

Key requirements:

• Diploma in finance / economics.
• 2-3 years of experience in finance, analytics (FMCG experience would be an advantage).
• Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, data-driven storytelling skills.
• High level of communication and presentation skills skills.
• Ability to process large amounts of data and create clear and practical summaries with a high level of accuracy.
• Fluent English.

Working conditions:

• work schedule 5/2 with flexible start and end of the working day (8-10 a.m. to 5-7 p.m.), short Friday until 3:00 p.m. if all tasks are completed;
• possibility of a hybrid work schedule (compulsory attendance at the office 2 times a week, the rest - remotely);
• work involves constant verbal communication with by colleagues;
• work involves constant use of a computer and work in the Company's accounting systems and requires a high level of attention and concentration.
