SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT- companies under the rules of the venture capital world. Together with co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.
Brighterly is building an online school for learning mathematics for children from 6 to 13 years old in the USA. We aim to build the next EdTech unicorn in a 4-5 year window. And now we are looking for Junior Clients Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
— to contact clients who did not come to the demo lesson, to find out the reason, to negotiate with them about rescheduling the lesson;
— activate new students — find out the wishes of clients, agree on a schedule, set up classes, solve organizational issues;
—communicate with clients both orally and in writing.
Our ideal candidate:
— speaks English at the B2+ level;
—is ready to make calls to customers (only a warm base, those who signed up for a demo class or have already purchased a package);
—has a high level of energy and empathy (active listening, ability to hear the client);
— ready to work in night shifts;
- has the readiness and desire to work in a team.
Willing to consider candidates without work experience.
It will be an advantage:
— a basic level of knowledge of sales techniques;
- experience with CRM.
