Junior Career Support Specialist. You will play a key role in the successful employment of our students. help in finding a job. And you will also get opportunities for a career boost

About you:

• 1 year+ work experience related to the job with people: admin, HR, recruitment, customer service/support, etc.
• understanding how LinkedIn, DOU, Djinni and other job portals work
• understanding of the market and the IT field at a basic level
• systematic and time management skills
• empathy, the ability to feel people, their needs and motivations and to provide constructive feedback communication
• ability to motivate and find a common language with different people
• English - B1+
• willingness to take Basic courses in all areas we teach (HTML/CSS, JS)

Your tasks:

• preparation of students for job searches: help with the creation of a resume and cover letter, profiles in social networks
• conducting webinars and lectures on the topic of employment and training interviews for students
• supporting students in the process of applying for vacancies and communicating with recruiters
• analyzing the progress of students in the search for a job, the IT market in general
• work with the Partnership team, so that students are directly employed in partner companies
• work with Slack, the CRM system and task managers

Format: hybrid in Kyiv (office - Zhilyanska Street) - 3 days in the office / 2 days remotely
