Strong Analytical and Data Analysis Skills: * Ability to interpret and analyze data effectively. * Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies is highly desirable, even if not from a marketing background.2. Proficiency in English and Communication: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ level) - must * Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.3. Educational Background: * A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or similar) is preferred. * Relevant coursework or experience that demonstrates strong analytical abilities.4. Technical Proficiency: * Familiarity with basic programming or scripting (e.g., Python, R) is a plus. * Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools - must * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous but not required.5.
