In addition, Jooble develops an ecosystem of related products and invests in employment-related startups. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager with knowledge of the German language for the new startup Jooble, which helps build large-scale advertising campaigns for the largest job niche players in the US and EU. You are our ideal candidate if: You have written and spoken German at the C1 level, English at the B2 level; You have strong business communication and argumentation skills; with statistics, draw conclusions based on data analysis and use them for negotiations; You understand the concepts: traffic, conversion, CPC, CPA, revenue, profit, ROMI (or have a desire to understand these terms); Experience in sales or marketing will be an advantage. What will your working day look like? You will: Attract new partners, negotiate the terms of cooperation, categorize the generated leads, determine their needs and potential; Build strong long-term relationships with clients, look for ways to grow the campaign and communicate with the partner about possible strategies; Monitor the performance of established campaigns, improve existing agreements in order to achieve business goals; Research new business models, gather valuable insights from the largest players in the niche, and have the opportunity to implement them in life.
