You have ambitions, we have comfortable conditions for their implementation. You will: ● Search for and launch new partners and scale existing ones, build long-term relationships — a priority at new GEOs;● Research the market, products, competitors, new verticals and locales;● Launch marketing campaigns, analyze indicators of marketing performance of partners' traffic and make decisions based on these indicators; ● Communicate closely with Marketing and Sales teams;● Monitor analytics and adjust planned activities to increase conversions;● Have regular trips to marketing conferences around the world; ● Participate in the development of tracking processes, reporting and the internal CRM system of partner management. You have:● Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data;● A strong desire to gain experience and knowledge in the field of marketing and traffic arbitration;● 1 year of work experience affiliate marketing or experience in sales/analytics in leading Ukrainian or international companies (sales, finance, audit, consulting, law); ● Experience working with Excel and Google Sheets at a high level;● Well-developed organizational and communication skills;● Focus results and strong ambitions for success; ● Self-organization and the ability to effectively manage one's own time; ● The ability to clearly express and argue one's point of view; ● Fluency in English; ● A high level of proficiency in G-Suite, primarily Google Sheets. It will be a plus:● Previous experience with CRM systems; ● Understanding of the Internet advertising market and traffic arbitrage; ● Additional knowledge of one or more foreign languages; ● Ability to work with Jira / Confluence.
