We are a state product IT company "INFOTECH", which has been an official supplier of software products for state institutions and commercial enterprises for more than 5 years and is part of the sphere of administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. We are growing and therefore we are looking for a business analyst who will join the medical project team (MIA: Health) and will develop and support software development together with the team.

About the project:

MIA:Health is a software solution in the field of healthcare, developed specifically for needs of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

This medical information system provides automation of processes in health care institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. It allows electronic accounting of medical services, management of medical information and includes modules for patient registration, inpatient treatment, work of doctors and administration.

The mission of the project is to create an effective and integrated system that helps patients receive and doctors provide quality medical services.

If you have:

• Work experience as an analyst from 1 year.
• Business process modeling skills (BPMN 2.0, UML).
• Basic knowledge of relational databases.
• Experience gathering and analyzing requirements, as well as writing documentation.
• Understanding of cascade and iterative approach in software development.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in task managers.
• Experience working in wiki systems.
• Ability to use prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Axure).
• Experience designing and describing APIs.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data.

What you will do:

• Identify and collect requirements from customers.
• Conduct analysis and formalization of requirements for the "MIA: Health" project.
• Prepare technical documentation.
• Interact with development, design, testing teams.
• Conduct training of system users.
