Junior Business Analyst/Project Coordinator (FinTech) in Treba.Credit

"Need Credit" is a modern financial company in the field of online lending. We automate customer checks and comply with legal requirements to ensure our services are safe and reliable.

What you will do

You will be a "bridge" between the business, the IT team and the financial monitoring department. Your job is to help formulate requirements, test systems and make sure everything works correctly.

Responsibilities:

• Collect requirements from the business team and help translate them into technical tasks for IT.
• Analyze customer verification processes and propose improvements

• Help test new functions in the system (user acceptance testing).

• Monitor whether changes in the system correspond to real business needs.

• Maintain basic documentation (description of requirements, checklists, instructions).

• Participate in communication between teams to avoid "lost information".

We expect from you:

• Work experience of 1 year in a financial company, bank, microfinance institution or in the field of operations activities.

• Basic understanding of how IT processes work (writing requirements, testing, interaction with developers).

• Ability to analyze information and describe it in a structured manner.

• Willingness to learn and understand new regulatory requirements.

• Good communication skills, ability to "translate" business language into understandable tasks for the technical team.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in compliance, AML/KYC or financial monitoring.

• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence or others tools for task management.

• Analytical thinking, attention to details.
