Junior business analyst-consultant (remotely) in IT-Enterprise

Functional tasks: Consulting and supporting internal and external teams regarding the use of BPM solutions; Testing of new functionality and communication with the development team; Participation in development of solutions regarding BPM product development; Documentation of new features and basic functionality; Collection, summarization and analysis of user requests for BPM solution development; Participation in BPM solution implementation projects. Skills and knowledge: Experience in a similar position will be an advantage; Understanding of BPMN 2.0 notation will be an advantage; Experience in automating business processes based on BPM platforms; Personal qualities: Analytical mindset, attention to details; Systems thinking; High level of responsibility; Diligence and discipline; Ability to work in a team; Purposefulness and stress resistance.
