Junior business analyst-consultant (remotely) in IT-Enterprise

Functional tasks: Consulting support for internal and external teams on the use of the BPM solution; Testing new functionality and communication with the development team; Participation in the development of solutions for the development of the BPM product; Documentation of new features and the main functionality; Collection, summarization and analysis of user requests for the development of the BPM solution; Participation in BPM solution implementation projects. Skills and knowledge: Work experience in a similar position - will be an advantage; Understanding of BPMN 2.0 notation - will be an advantage; Experience in automating business processes based on BPM platforms; Personal qualities: Analytical mindset, attention to details; Systems thinking; High level of responsibility; Diligence and discipline; Ability to work in team; Focus and stress resistance.
