We’re proud to be an active equal opportunity employer to enhance diversity & inclusion in our company.You are:Looking for new challenges Know English on Upper intermediate level Have a BA basic knowladge Complete successfully BA project will be a plus Ready to take leadership and ownership on Automation projects Effective communicator on different levels of organization With you we will:Partner with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT requirements Support the analyses, documentation and testing of program development, logic, process flows and specifications Support the design of business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction, specification and the change management required to maximize its adoption/value Assist in defining the minimum viable product (MVP) that satisfies the business need and collects early business feedback on the MVPs' value delivery (MVP taste-testing) Support the identification of security & compliance requirements, including roles, associated with the business process Assess near-term needs, preparing structured interview processes and consumer research methods to understand opportunities and help business establish priorities.
