Responsibilities: Support for the introduction of existing customers: you will actively cooperate with the Account Management department, helping them to complete their tasks and achieve their goals; Analytics: analysis of sales results (Cross-sell/Up-sell), building metrics, recommendation reports to optimize processes in the team; Customer support : interaction with clients, solving issues of providing information about our products and services, presentations; Administrative support: ensuring the efficient work of the Account Management department, including preparing documents and organizing meetings.
