Junior Business Analyst in Patternica

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries on platforms like Upwork, ensuring a positive and professional interaction.
• Efficiently manage projects from initiation to completion
• Engage with clients to understand their needs, process requests, and provide tailored solutions.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze and describe business processes accurately.
• Proficiently sketch out wireframes to visualize and communicate project requirements.
• Prepare invoices for the customers. 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 0,5 year working as a Business Analyst/Project Manager or finished courses. 
• Upper-Intermediate English level, both written and verbal
• Technical education background will be a plus
• Proficient in thriving within a dynamic work environment characterized by rapid changes in priorities and the simultaneous management of multiple projects.
• Possess robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities
