Junior Business Analyst Київ, віддалено Weare looking for a Junior Business Analyst who isready totake their first step towards anexciting and fulfilling career inour dynamic team ✨ Key Responsibilities: • Requirements management, prioritization, traceability, and validation ofthe requirements; • Writing documentation offunctional and non-functional requirements (detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, diagrams, schemes, etc.); • Decompose and elaborate requirements according tobusiness priorities; • Communication with stakeholders togather and elicit requirements; • Participate inthe pre-sales process ofWeb and Mobile (iOS, Android) projects: requirements elicitation, feature list creation, and proposal preparation. Requirements: • 0.5+ years ofcommercial experience asaBusiness Analyst orinasimilar position; • Experience increating and maintaining documentation and artifacts: User Stories, Use Cases, Functional and Non-functional requirements, UMLdiagrams, and Flowcharts; • Solid understanding ofbusiness analysis knowledge areas, techniques, responsibilities, and activities; • Familiarity with software development principles and SDLC; • B1+level ofspoken and written English; • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability towork effectively inateam; • Detail-oriented and structured approach toprocess implementation. Would beaplus: • Certification inbusiness analysis; • Work experience atanIT company.
